Dispute Resolution:

Class Action Waiver

Disputes with us must be resolved on an individual basis. You cannot bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and the consolidation of arbitrations are prohibited.
